Carter & Amanda's backyard wedding was a fairytale. Seriously, the decorations and the lighting were gorgeous--they thought of EVERYTHING.
There were so many special touches about this wedding that I have to share:
-Amanda and her sister (Rachel) did all the florals and decorations.
-Amanda's bouquet was given to her grandma at the reception because of the impact she has had on Amanda.
-Amanda's necklace was her grandma's -- it was worn by her sister in her wedding as well.
-Amanda and Rachel did a special "sister" dance to a song from their favorite movie, White Christmas.
-The cake topper was actually the topper used in Amanda's parents' wedding, her sister's wedding, and her grandma and great grandma's 50th anniversary parties!
-The pillow that the ring bearer was holding has been used in every wedding in Amanda's family for the past 50 years!
-The garter was Amanda's mom's when she got married--they had it because her Uncle caught it at her mom's wedding!
-Amanda's veil was handmade.
-As if that isn't enough, the entire wedding was in Amanda's back yard. Priceless.
What a beautiful day full of fun and love--I couldn't wait to give you all a glimpse of this special day. Here it is!!
